Cancellation Policy: Cancellation anytime: $30 Admin Fee
Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: $30 Admin Fee + 1st night charges.
Additional Person: $30.00 per night. (We regret that we are unable to accept children under 16).
Rates include a professionally prepared extensive gourmet breakfast.
At present we are obliged to charge 12% tax only. As an ‘owner direct’ rental, we do not charge Hotel Tax (10%), Tourist Tax (2%), Parking Fees or Equipment Storage Fees.

For your comfort and safety we offer strictly Smoke Free (non-smokers only please) and Pet Free accommodation.
Free off-road parking is available.
