Cancellation Policy: Cancellation anytime: $25 Admin Fee
Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: $25 Admin Fee + 1st night charges.
Additional Person: $30.00 per night. (We regret that we are unable to accept children under 16 during High Season).
Rates include a professionally prepared extensive gourmet breakfast.
At present we are obliged to charge 5% tax only. Please note that after 1 July, 2010, new tax laws may require an additional 7% on all reservations. As an ‘owner direct’ rental, we do not charge Hotel Tax (10%), Tourist Tax (2%), Parking Fees or Equipment Storage Fees.
