All rates are subject to 12% tax only. As an ‘owner direct’ rental, we do not charge Hotel Tax (10%), Tourist Tax (2%), Parking Fees ($25-$30 p/n at a hotel) or Equipment Storage Fees.
POLICIES:
This property is strictly no smoking and no pets – for the comfort and safety of all.
This property will be rented to responsible adults/families only. NB: We DO NOT rent to persons under 21 years of age. When the renter is between 21 & 25 years of age, a $500.00 refundable damage deposit will be required.
Check-in: After 4:00 pm. … Check-out: Before 10:00 am.
Payment/Cancellations: Credit card details are required to secure a reservation – please telephone 1-800-967-1319 (North America) or +1-250-707-1234 (International).
25% of the total booking will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be increased to 50% forty-five days prior to your arrival. The balance is due 14 days in advance, and check-in information will be sent 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation within the 14 day period will result in full payment forfeiture. This property will be rented to responsible adults/families only.
Damage: This property will be clean and well maintained on your arrival, and as such, any property damage, beyond normal wear and tear, noise or security violation charges, or excess cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card. We will not be responsible for injury or accidents, for theft or loss of valuables, or for delay incurred, whether negligent or not, to yourself or any member of the group.
